My name is Lauren and I have been a licensed massage therapist for over 12 years and a licensed esthetician for over 10 years now. I absolutely love what I do and feel as though it shows in my work.

You'll find me to be friendly, respectful and professional. We always discuss your current needs to customize your service and maximize your time. I will always have your best interests in mind and adjust the services accordingly.

 Your communication is key throughout your service if different pressure or technique is preferred. I respect your time and will only check in once in the beginning, unless you prefer to talk during your time. After the service, I may explain some findings and some helpful tips to help with them. Regardless of the service, an increase in water is always recommended.

I graduated from Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy in 2010 and G Skin and Beauty in 2013.
